Angelica Panganiban was born in the Philippines. She's now a Filipino American actor and comedian as well as host on television and model. Angelica, after a year of dialysis and a half year of treatment, was ready for the most significant operation of all - a kidney replacement. Her mother was the one who would donate the kidney. In September 2013, Angelica as well as her mother underwent the successful transplantation of their kidney in two renowned hospitals just close to one another- the University Hospital of Memory and Children's Hospital of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale, a young Atlantan girl who always thought of becoming an actor and a singer, is still pursuing the dream.
